Each lump of the clay
that served as the model is tied to a particular place and person. He picked up the spade and scored
one moment in the time and space. This gave rise to the original footprint determining the final form
of flowerpots – the narrator of the story about a place that might already have changed or
disappeared entirely. Therefore, each DRN has its mark of GPS location at the bottom.

Our turf is made of fired clay of various sizes. We do not overshadow the flowers, which grow, we do not want to pay view from its blooms,
leaves and stems. DRN is just a piece of land for the plant, which we carry home with us.

KREJCÁREK – Garden colonies have been the green alternative for a city resident in Central Europe since the 19th century. Within the area of Prague the gardening phenomenon has a tradition of more than a hundred years. One such area soon to remain only in our memories is a colony on the dividing line of two city parts Prague 3 and Prague 8 called “Krejcárek”. How many places like these are we bound to lose before we realize that they are not mere places where we can grow vegetables, but have historical, cultural and social significance as well as great genius loci? This was a question asked by the owners as they were saying good-bye to their gardens and engaged in the DRN project.
